This recipe is based on a recipe from ChoosingRaw.com. Though this “pudding” might not look really appetizing, but it is extremely healthy for you.
Ingredients for one bowl of pudding:
Combine the chia seeds and milk in a small bowl. Add cocoa powder and sugar to the mixture. Let chia seeds mixture sit for 30 minutes or overnight.You will see the mixture thicken.Now stir it well and enjoy the delicious and healthy pudding.
2.Chia Seed Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients for one bowl of Smoothie:
-2 small cup of milk(soy or almost are the best options)
-1 scoop chocolate or regular protein powder
-1 cup strawberries
-1/2 cup banana pieces
-1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-A handful fresh spinach
Pour all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until all the ingredients are mixed well and the texture is smooth and thick. Pour into a bowl, garnish with chia seeds if you want to and enjoy.This smoothie is perfect for summers as it includes healthy fruits and vegetables and also has a creamy,chocolaty taste.
