Ingredients (Servings : 4)

-2 cups of coconut milk or almond milk
-Chopped kale 2 cups
-Baby spinach 2 cups
-1/2 avocado
-2 bananas
-1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
-1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds
-1 tablespoon of raw honey
-2 tablespoons of whey protein(optional)


Blend all the ingredients on high for 2-3 minutes. Have it cold with a few ice cubes.
