on

Tooth powder has been used by our ancestors since times immemorial.Gradually the trend is coming back owing to its numerous benefits. I was much used to the squeezable toothpaste of various brands available in the market. The reason we like it is because of the foam element attached to it.
I had seen a lot of recipes of tooth powder available so I tried out a few of those and came up with this amazing tooth powder recipe made  simple kitchen ingredients-Cinnamon ,Clove,Sea salt,Baking soda and Bentonite Clay. Ramel Nagel, in his book, Cure Tooth Decay, claims that using tooth powder is an excellent way to promote long-term dental health.

Use

Take a heap of  the tooth powder ovn a dry toothbrush, then use it without wetting the brush. Your saliva is enough for the required amount of moisture. While brushing, ensure that the mixture goes well into the space between your teeth and your gums. Scrub on both the front and back of each tooth.

Do not scrub heavy-handed.Go gentle on the scrubbing as the salt, baking soda and clay makes the mixture abrasive.Once done, spit it and rinse well with water.

This homemade tooth powder recipe is one of my favorites!  It is an excellent powder which can prevent and heal tooth decay absolutely naturally. It not only cleans your teeth, but also helps in detoxifying your mouth. So try it today!
